A legal disclaimer
At Good Neighbour, all ticket and booking sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or scheduling conflicts.
Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by Good Neighbour.
In such cases, registered participants will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of booking, and refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may contact us to request an exception at our discretion.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
