By registering with or participating in events hosted by Good Neighbour (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Club”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

Member / Participant / You / Your — any individual who registers, signs up, attends, or uses the services/events of the Club.

Events / Services — all social gatherings, parties, brunches, meetups, trivia nights, dog meetups, and other activities organized or promoted by the Club.

Electronic Communication — includes emails, messages, web forms, and any communication by electronic means.

Fees — amounts payable by you for event tickets, membership (if applicable), or other services.
2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your jurisdiction) to participate, unless otherwise allowed and with consent from a guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel your participation if your conduct or information violates these Terms.
3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All events must be booked in advance, unless otherwise stated.

Payment in full (or deposit, if specified) is required to secure your booking.

We accept [list payment methods you allow — e.g. credit card, bank transfer, digital wallet].

If you cancel your booking prior to a stated cutoff time (e.g. 48 hours before the event), you may receive a partial or full refund as per our cancellation policy. After the cutoff time, refunds may not be available.

The Club reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify events. In such cases, we will notify you using the contact information you provided and may offer you a refund or alternative date.
4. Electronic Transactions & Communications

You agree that registering, purchasing tickets, accepting terms, and participating electronically constitutes a binding agreement.

Notices to you (confirmation, reminders, updates) may be sent by email or other electronic means.
5. Liability, Safety & Conduct

You participate in events at your own risk. The Club does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to your property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Club.

You must follow the rules, safety guidelines, or instructions provided by the Club at events.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, eject a participant, or cancel your participation if your behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or breaches these Terms. No refund will be due in such cases.

You must have, and maintain, your own insurance for personal belongings, health, or liability, where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, event descriptions, and materials on our website or distributed by us remain our (or our licensors’) property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any of our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

By attending our events, you may be photographed or recorded. You grant us permission to use such media for marketing, social media, promotional, or archival purposes unless you explicitly notify us in advance.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data you provide (name, contact details, preferences) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will only use your data for event communications, membership administration, marketing (with your consent), and related purposes.

We will implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data.

Under Bahrain’s laws, you have the right to access, correct, or remove your personal data as permitted by law.
8. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our cancellation policy.

If you have a dispute or complaint, you should contact us first in writing. We will attempt to resolve it amicably.

If no resolution is reached, you agree that the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
9. Amendments

We may revise or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you (e.g. by email or website update).

Your continued use, registration, or attendance after such changes means you accept them.

If you do not agree with changes, your remedy is to stop using the services.
10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, or acts of terrorism).

In such cases we may cancel or postpone events without liability to you.
11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under Bahraini law, it will be severed or amended to the minimum extent required; the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
